The shading's quite neat and beautiful- love the flow of the kimono. The background coul be a little better in terms or more defined appearance, but at the same time, defines the haziness of fog, which gives strength to the piece. Good work.

The assignment was to draw a friend in a Halloween costume. My friend Melody posed for me in her awesome Kabuki Hero costume and thanks to her hard work I was able to finish this drawing!

I really like it, her Kabuki-Headdress/Hair is spot-on to the Kabuki tradition. I think she this heroine needs a guy friend, may I suggest "Sgt Kabukiman"?
