This is a fictional evolution of my character Kujo-kun the reindeer, who is inspired by retro anime, as if he were a real 60s manga character who had subtle redesigns over the years in various adaptations and merchandise.
I like the hat :P

It is actually his hair and the propeller is part of his body! It's like he somehow has an organic propeller hat :D
