I was going to draw a more detailed background, however I was just having a lot of trouble with it so I just gave up and used BUTTERCREAM YELLOW.
This drawing is committed to the time when I was 4 years old, and my older brothers sat me down and forced me to play Resident Evil 4. I was severely traumatized by that incident and had nightmares constantly about this man after that.
Still he's a cool character design.
