DENIAL OF CARE

As of 2006, Denial of Care is only a right of Medical Workers. All patients, if regarded as injured or ill, regardless of judged mental aptitude, are subject to medical care as provided and ordered by health professionals of the Empiric Manix Medical Mediservice (EM3). Denial of Care is not illegal if incapacitated, mentally or physically, as defined by the EM3, but Interference With Care is, with harsher referrals to the justice system if interference is orchestrated by a third party.

The Manix's planet, L'venovian has recently imposed new rulings to empower the EM3 to better care for it's citizens. However, some of these rulings are quite invasive and seem extreme to some.
