Sometime in the mid 00's, the Warners were given the internet, mostly to keep them distracted and locked up in the tower. That doesn't stop these three from fucking with strangers that they'll never get to know, and it just makes it easier for them to do it. This series of pics would be called "Yakko attempts a social life" (cue always sunny theme) in that he gets onto a forum about Hollywood industry gossip and spreads lies on the internet for his own amusement. However, with most experiences online, sometimes you make friends because you have like minds and same personalities. When you spend your life being a menace to society, finding a stranger who can vibe with you on the same level, it makes your day so much better.

Now imagine that you've discovered that this person you've been talking to is a FEMALE, only after you've been told that there are women on the internet. A REAL woman online appears and she's funny and laughs along with you. WELL you're just gonna jump into the computer screen and travel through the tubes online to find her place and bond with her in person...even if she didn't think you'd be able to do that, here you are for her, IN the flesh. This cat girl, is a one off character, who is Halloween themed, Holly Scream. It's likely she would've been a 2000's internet fake cartoon band member. As the punk one of the group would be more self esteem and zero tolerance to ANY man trying to flirt with her. So yeah, maybe this one hurts more than it should. Got more than your hopes up only to be crushed.

It was never seen in the show; I think most of Yakko's "flirt" attempts wouldn't hurt him with the rejection, because they were often so one-and-done sort of girls. Equally, most of those girls didn't want the Warner brothers, so it's not like he was be upset at being turned down many times over the years. He's a guy who can take a loss in stride, but if Yakko could actually make a bond with someone his age or near his species, maybe it would hurt him to actually hurt his chances to make a lasting connection with a girl he liked. That being said, he is only his own worst enemy and if this wasn't the 1st time he'd been hurt by rejection, one would hope that it'd be his last. Dot could COUNT the amount of girls who've smacked her horny brothers around and she lost sympathy decades ago. Get over it.
