A really nice sentiment with this piece, I also wonder what other none canine-esqe Pokemon would make good therapy animals.

Thank you so much! Another commenter on Deviant Art suggested Sylveon, since something about its Pokedex entry suggests it has a calming effect with its ribbons and can even read its trainer's feelings.
