She's an AI just like S0na-V, but Belbet formed such an obsessive level jealousy towards her that she stole a robot suit of her own and became rivals with Velvet trying to prove that she's the "better" her.

She was originally a joke that started from a typo of my name, but after one of my friends made an actual design for her I started making her an actual character.
