These creatures are called Husks and they're part of a game concept I've been developing (the game is called BOL - Ball Of Light).

In it, the hero is trapped in an underground realm with very limited visibility (so advancing is very slow and careful).

The Enemies are all hunters that use sesnses other than sight - introducing (hopefully) interesting game mechanichs, so the Husks are the zombified remains of former, fallen heroes. They are sightless, but can somehow sense the hero when he's close by. They are relentless and unstoppable, the only way the hero can survive is by delaying them by making them engage with other enemies you lead them to.
