I've heard he's stalks some targets for weeks before going for the kill, he never seems to buy food, drink or a room to sleep in, other than fancy clothing and swords I don't know what he spends his money on, but he's not cheap so if you want to hire him make a big withdraw.

Word to the wise, make sure you get him to kill all of your enemy's, he knows allegiance to no one, once he's killed the target or targets for you, that's the end of your contract, and if someone decides to get payback on you he won't hesitate to end you. Be a shame for you to get on top only to be cut down. He dose only take one contract at a time so your at least safe until he comes back for his payment, just be careful, he's the top assassin for a reason."

13 is a mute, possibly inhuman assassin in a fantasy setting who has an affinity for stylish outfits and masks, every inch of his body is covered and he dose not like it when his garments gets damaged.
