A while back I decided to get back to traditional, as I had never really seriously drawn using proper paper and pen ever since I went full digital. Well, traditional art materials are a hell lot expensive too, so maybe that also contributed to the fact.

Anyway, It's truly a whole different experience drawing using pen and paper, and I basically had to go and re-learn how to properly do everything now that I couldn't afford to make mistakes nor had the Ctrl+z at my disposal. In the end, my lines came a little rough and shakier than I'd like, but it was due to my lack of practice, as you'll later see in my next drawings.⠀

Speaking more about the character, that's Vivi, one of the girls I was designing for an original one-shot comic that's soon to be posted. I've always wanted to create characters and a world to tell a story, but without a job in the art industry, or someone requesting an art commission of the sort, It's not really the kind of thing I'll easily get to do. But I digress. I started this project as a way to practice a bit of my passion for writing and world building in a character-driven narrative, and those two drawings done in one of my art classes were the start of everything that's yet to come.
