Atari Force Party Hardy!

Share

So we all know because of Super Smash Bros, Sony got their own with Playstation All-Stars. Over the web, I got inspired by fan's interpretation of what characters would be involved in an X-Box crossover. Heck, even Sega has one (though not fighting-based) with Sega All-Stars, even if they're 3rd Party now. So this is an idea of what such a crossover would be for the older consoles. First up of course is Atari, I might do more latter, namely NEC/Hudson Soft like their Turbographx. Anymore systems, I'll see what is notable like maybe Wonderswan (anything for Digimon XD).

Oh yeah, the 'Atari Force' part of the title is from an Atari comic book

Characters involved;

* Oliver & Centipede from "Centipede" (Appearance is based on the DC comic where the main character is but an elf boy and he's friends with the bugs who was brainwashed by a wizard)

* Yar from "Yar's Revenge"

* Tara from the "SwordQuest" series (She too based on the DC comics. Guess her twin can be an alternate costume like some characters in Smash are like Robin or the Villagers)

* Bentley Bear from "Crystal Castles" (He also returned to the Jaguar game, "Atari Karts" but it seems he was the only character from a previous game. So I hear, so all the other racers might be original characters)

* Charley Chuck from "Food Fight"

* Paper Boy from "Paper Boy" (Originally wasn't going to include him since he had games on Nintendo systems when Atari was around, but then I learned those games were still under Atari but through a different name. Go fig')

* And of course, PONG!!!

Yes, I could have included more, such as Pac-Man and E.T., but I wanted games Atari fully owned, not ported or make games for. Also, didn't want to focus on 3rd party just yet. not to mention there could be tons more from other Atari systems, but wanted to focus on the classic bunch. One character I did wanted to include was Louie from "Scrapyard Dog" since it was like Atari's platformer (though never had much fame compared to Mario & Sonic of course). All well, I might include more Atari mascots (and a few 3rd parties) if I do an update. Well, chao for now!
