We have an expression in France which is: ""Faire ses cancans"", you add a bit of old-fashioned cartooning and make a parody of the poster originally drawn by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. I think this song, and the dance that accompanies it, sums up perfectly what the Internet is all about.
