Poor Leon. He just can't get a damn break, can he? 

I may have laughed quite a bit when writing this page out, and even more when sketching. Things I knew that needed to be in the forefront-

-Leon freak out

-Claire butt

-Sherry is a smarty pants

I imagine that Sherry is a super smart and gifted kid, and has done a bunch of science papers for her private schooling, always hoping to get her parents to notice her. And really, knowing spider species of Midwestern America would totally be in the realm of things she'd learn in gifted classes.

If by 5th grade I was reenacting the Louisiana Purchase by dressing up in French frontier men outfits and attempting horrible French accents for my class, Sherry was all up in the books learning about bugs and shit. 

As for Claire, despite turning her back on her fellow survivors as she contemplated her next steps, when she hears them in trouble she would totally jump to the rescue. And I just wanted to show by how much she'd throw herself into the fight with her being caught in a vulnerable position. Also, its hilarious to imagine she would go running into a fight with her pants down. So Claire.
