The prompt/ theme for this piece was isolation, using light as key feature to convey it.
My artwork is a rendition of Rapunzel stuck in her tower - the only illumination coming from the moonlight through a single window in the tower, and her glowing magic hair.
I chose this to be the focus of my art piece as no one knows isolation more than a single girl who’s grown up alone, locked in a tower.
You have a really cool perspective going on here! I love how you made the hair, it kinda looks organic in the way it falls and lies around the floor. The light source is really dramatic and it's cool that you made the window and the scenery outside reflect in the waterbucket (though, the reflection is upside down if the window is facing her) Good job!

Thank you! Your words make my day. The reflection in the water bucket is actually a reflection of a reflection from a standing mirror (Hence the two ‘legs’ at the top, and the gold details in water’s reflection!), though I understand the details aren’t that obvious!
