Water/Fairy or for my project, Aquatic/Mystic

I'm planning on making a game based on Pokemon, using RPG Maker MV. This was a design idea I had for my version of a Mythical, a roaming creature which can be spotted in any body of water with an extremely rare chance of spawning. The more you find however, the more common they become. I need to still learn the basics of RPG Maker MV however, so I have a long way to go until then.

The art may seem a little different from what I usually do, mainly because I've been practicing the official Pokemon Artstyle by Ken Sugimori, and I applied a few things I learnt from there to here. I do have a way to go for that too lol
