Rosy only tried to help but Roxie sickness was more than she could handle. Had the heroic revenant not appeared to save her, Rosy would have much worse than bumps and bruises.
Funfact: As of writing this, Ash Lee is the only doll in the Living Dead Dolls series with a heroic death.
