Carmen Sandiego just released its final season.
All in all, it was a solid action cartoon with some nice designs. I quite liked the look of the VILE agents who usually served as antagonists. The one here, Paper Star had a cool skill set and design.
I tried to mimic the lineless style of the show in this illustration.
