Yyd is a former knight turned mercenary who practices the dark arts found in the Divine Obscura, a tome of power magic used only by the most powerful magicians, witches, etc. in the Garda World. Yyd wears a full suit of gilt armor and a cloak, though many have never seen him without his armor at all - many think he no longer has a physical body.
