This is my CoTm entry for Jazza's "Elf Motivation" theme. I always thought the "Elf on a Shelf" thing was kinda... Creepy. So I thought it'd be fun to do a motivational poster with him being the driving force that keeps elves motivated to keep working. Imagine coming into work and seeing this guy stare at you every single time you went it. I'd like to imagine that this little guy is real in their world and that they truly do fear him suddenly popping and taking note of them slacking off.
