Here's two new Dragon Ball OCs, Raki and Renma are two bandits who gets in trobules, steal everything shiny, and escaped from Galactic Patrol many times.
Raki the cat (origin's name from the Drink Raki) : She prefers speed, agility, and silent.
Renma (origin's name from Ramen) : He prefers to use the force, he can create energy blades and massive energy waves.
