Elmer gets off on the first floor, his dress gets off on the third. :)
This is based on a picture created by Gil Elvgren called "Going up"
Elmer Fudd was created by Tex Avery (and was originally called "Egghead" back then)
Then remade as Elmer Fudd by Chuck Jones and is owned by Warner Bros.
This is just silly fan art.
