From "Transformers Unlimited"!

Wheelie is the leader of the "Lil' Autobots", a guerrilla cell of misfit child/teenage Autobots to fight the Decepticons on Cybertron while Optimus' team was on Earth & all the older Cybertronians have been scattered across the universe. Being one of the sole survivors of the former Cybertronian colony of Planet Velocitron after it got consumed by Cosmic Rust, he managed to stay alive & all alone (and homeless) on the streets of Cybertron by cunning, stealth, & fearlessness. Ever since he lost his mother and old home to the plague that is Cosmic Rust, he tries his best to keep a positive, but snarky attitude. He sees his teammates as family since they're the closest thing he has to a family nowadays.
