Anime eyes are kind of like an artistic cheat, they have so much range for whatever you want inside those pupils that you don't even think twice if they look like a brush test. They're a little off here but it does work in the sense that there is a motion as she is turning to look at you. You manage to both use lighting in a proper consistent way, as well as just having fun with it, leaves it all lookin a bit serene.
