I liked the animation and the credit given to the maker made it sound better.
Truly original character design...
... makes this flash animation stand out from the rest of martial arts animations. Especially the three-wheel-dog adds a note of comic relief to the sinister setting. Smoothly animated with a great sense of filmic detail (check the top of our protagonist's head appearing behind one of the enemy warriors whose head has been split in half), this is quite simply a pleasure to watch. With a very reasonable filesize indeed, this is a D/L-must for fans of samurai style narratives.

beautiful artwork
Beautiful artwork, good animation. The story could use a little more point, however. Who were those bad guys? Why did they kill the waitress or innkeeper's daughter or whoever she was? Slashing by itself does not a narrative make.

the artwork in this piece was admirable. simply gorgeous. and the animation was slick. i liked it a lot. the whole thing got a lot of original style.
