Polonium is wrong. It's an actual bird face, like a parody on the old beak masks renaissance doctors wore. I think if you tried to make that face expressionless, It would make it look like some retarded toucan. By adding personification to the face Bullsik left the picture with some sinister feeling. (the gray dead bodies did a good job too)

the
angry brow looks silly and meaningless, it just serves to add unnecessary menace to an otherwise accurately portrayed costume. It would be a lot more interesting if you just draw the mask as blank and lifeless as the originals were, it's sinister on its own that way without tacky intervention. Otherwise yes, this is a very decent drawing.
