Reviews for "Solus- For Schala"

Good Job

I'll Probably end up using this song in one of videos. If that's ok with you.

SolusLunes responds:

Would love to have you do so. Just send me a link when it's done, I want to see it. But go right ahead and use it :D

Very beautiful!

Nicely put together i think i'm going to add it to my fav's =).

SolusLunes responds:

Yay :D

Clever use of Piano

I liked the emotional start to this piece. It was also mysterious in the way I couldn't tell where it was going to. Your piano-playing is similar to the river and it is most definately the carrier of this piece, whisking away all the other instruments with it to wherever it goes.

It is the meaning of your song.

And it's going nowhere in particular, just picking up everything on it's way.

I'm not sure if you intended it to be this way... but if so this was an ingenuis decision... and very spiritual.

If not... most symbolism is put into art without the artist being conciouss of it anyways.

This piece has great potential... and I think it could have a beautiful voice singing with it as well... think Enya or Enigma.

If this were to be used for an AMV... there most likely would have to be a booming ending from all this buildup because watchers would most likely feel jipped without a thriller ending! I understand the song isn't meant to be this way and i'm not asking you to change it... it is perfectly the fine the way it is now.

I think some pizzacato strings could have played a nice part in here. You had a nice piano ending that fit in very well. Great job with this piece.

SolusLunes responds:

Heh. I really like the river analogy.

It didn't at all start like that, but it slowly evolved into sounding like the nowhere in particular thing.

Who would I get to sing on this? With what lyrics? I don't really know if that would help any.

nice nice nice

i agree the sax sounds better towrds the end. Overall however I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this piece.

SolusLunes responds:

Thank you. :D

Great kid, don't get cocky

Very conceited comment of yours, SolusLunes.

SolusLunes responds:

Ha, you take me too seriously. :D
