Coulda used some sound maybe?
Besides the sound and the plot close to DBZ, not just the bu part, but the whoel clone thing, it would've gotten a 10 from me.

not too great
the sound missed a lot in this movie. with sound, everything was more realistic, and there was tension.
also, for a stick figure, the characters wasnt, hmm... sticky enough. too thick.
well, i can see the potential. try a bit harder, and the movie would be great.

great animation. everything is extremely fluid and well done but it seems like the plot was so contrived and forved, the end when bu is beaten is extremely anti-climactic as if bu's only attribute is his telekenesis and whatnot. when they fight hand to hand he kind of peeters out like he never had any training to begin with. anyway, good animation.
Good, but there's just something missing.
I will give you this: its one of the smoothest stick animations I have ever seen (Almost compairing to the likes of Xiao Xiao). Also, I love the anime-like style that you seem to have mastered. Now...I honestly think this could be one of the best fighting flashes on Newgrounds, except for one small thing...they are still stick figures. In the next one (if there is a next one) you should probably think about fully animating it. Until then it will just be another stick figure animation. (nothing wrong with that, but it has the potential to be so much more).
why is there no sound?
