An excellent encapsulation of the postal/revenge/rampage experience.
I would also give mad props for the realistic representation of the sniper rifle in question- it looks just like the current British sniper rifle I believe.

Reminds me of a lot of my stick animations that I used to make. I love the tracing of the gun and the fact that you actually adding slithgt shading to the buildings and stuff. I'd like to see more of this, because like you, I'm trying to get back into animating too.
