I remember when I was a kid... watching Thundercats while momma drank her beer and daddy was out at the strip clubs. Beautiful movie! It brought tears to my eye.

Funny, but almost no effort.
I'm trying to be realistic, here. This is hilarious, and it might have been hard to find this kind of sound, but the mouths, the paint-overs, and starting screen seemed very...newbie. They consisted of one color, looked like it was done with MSPAINT, and the mouths just moved down and back a bit. Other than that, though, I've laughed for about 10 minutes straight.
