You've got "Start" and "Mix" reversed in your buttons. Start gives you "mix"'s instructions, as "Mix" gives you Start's instructions. Other that, it's good but rather pointless.
Wow, your tastes in the almighty PB&J are the exact utter opposite of mine. Instead of skippy, I use Peter Pan, and instead of smuckers, I tend to use preserves, or even honey if I want to cheat. Most importantly, however, is the fact that I HATE Wonderbread! It desolves in your mouth! gross! Get some old-fashioned cheap ukrops wheat bread for me.

Hmmm... Mixing the jam and peanut butter before applying it to the bread that's quite clever! I never thought about doing that before. Good job.
This is a very good flash and it's an interesting idea but you should really consider making more exciting ones.
