Not bad, in fact i liked it. I'm voting 4. To anyone else who may review this in the future, consider this, how was it put together? The style of it? Your review shouldn't be based on whether you dont or do know the storyline. It should be based on how it was done.

needless to say, Protoman is my favorite Megaman character, and I enjoyed seeing him kick ass. It's also great that you had him blow up half of King, because I hated the part in Rockman & Forte(or Megaman & Bass since it's in English now for GBA...) when he smashed Proto with his axe.
Anyway, your animations were pretty smooth, considering you were using sprites. You had some funny bits in there, and those out takes weren't bad. You even put the WAY over used "All your base are belong to us" joke to work rather nicely.

Your base movie was average-to-good. Not a bad bit of sprite-manipulation, and I like the "Fetch, Treble! Fetch!" trick Protoman pulls. Your extras took the cake, though. With that Dancing Banana and the little "all your base" spoof, it was very cool. I must know where you get your music, though. Must... have... chocobo... remix...

Funny but in the real series Bass would smite protoman easily , also Proto Man was the one cut in half by king.
