That was SO much better than the first part. This time you weren't relying on the newsguys on being funny enough to make it good, right choice.
Mohammed Soundwave's head spoiled the flash for me somewhat, no mechanical part can withstand that much movement, maybe if it moved 1/10 of what it does now.
