For a first flash this is pretty good,my first flash was 10 times as bad.Ok,things to improve:
-Practice and get better,

The sound is too low. But I like how it does not distort.

Although i was marginally amused by your all out frontal assault on the last guy to review this, i was not impressed by the actual movie. I think some background music could have helped the sound and maybe a look over the script to make the whole thing a bit more fluid.
I hope I dont get attacked as well...
