Now, my speakers are screwed so ive given this a 0 for sound, but i havent heard it, so it might be brilliant. I havent taken sound into account and its pretty damn nice!

well, nice.
the art's fantastic, the animation-style is cool, but that's what you probably know yourself.
so here are the crits:
* the storytelling is a bit slow. (not the action sequences, the 'story' parts)
* the voice acting is pretty crappy and not appropriate for a visually cool movie like this.
* didn't really like the music either (but thats only my opinion)

I have just finnished watching all the arrogancy movies in order and I am going to write a review on the series instead of one by one. To the reader, please start with one and view the whole series, it is deffinately worth it.
You obvoiusly have some pretty impresive flash skills(not the best I've seen, but your good), the animation is a little on the choppy side, but its still better than %99 of NG. The Characters are great and the effects are awesome. You obviously spent lots of well-woth it time into this, and it shows.
Now for some criticisim:
The plot, while entertaining, is a bit generic. ( I mean, how many god damn sci-fi live and anime features some race or breed of superhumans and their struggle with scientists who want to observe them and opress them)
The cuts were a little on the slow side in episode 4.
The voice acting was a little shitty. the kniving PAC agent was good, but the hero's voices were weak. Remeber, since you got real people involved, even though its animation, you gotta be a real dirrector. Do a few more takes if need be, Especially for that female character.
The Dragonball-Z style powering up does not work in serious animation, leave that garbage to the dime a dozen stick figures, and mindless blood and guts people. While they are entertaining, you seem to be a few leauges above them. I suggest something a bit more on the surrealistic level.
