Reviews for "Excuse Me.. Are You Summoning Crokel?"

my bones hurt. Is that what summoning him does

Silly fun, and it feels very satisfying finishing them all. Some levels feel way more punishing than others do, though :c

Good game, through frustrating. Also, the pause doesn't work for me. It hides the nodes and says 'Paused' but the timer keeps going and the levels still degrade.

Awesome!

At first I hated not being able to stop the timer, but then I loved it - there should just be a bit more variation on the levels when falling back to a previous level, just rotating them and changing the positions by a few mm is not enough there ;)

Rearding gameplay: I think having to click twice for every connection is a bit tedious especially when fighting against the clock, but considering it is probably designed that way so it works as an app on a smartphone it is probably ok. I still would consider trying to just having to "touch" the bubbles/connections to connect bubbles / break connections, just like you have to just swipe with your finger over symbols to unlock a phone - the connections in that case could get a small "break-me-bubble" in their middle.

Crokels body parts: Not much to be proud of here with these ... eeeeer ... artworks ... ... ... I would like to recommend exchanging them for visually more appealing demon body parts 8)(

Music: A bit too repetetive (needs to be 4* its length) and not "summoningly" enough for me, should start with a ghostlike "booing" on the first level and become gradually more "dangerous" (with the beats and bass) with every level - We are opening a portal to hell, after all ;)

Finishing screen: Asking for a dollar is fair, but also give us a button to go back to title screen and play again. Let us see the total time so that we can try to beat it.

bugs:
- Sometimes bubbles generate on the timer, hiding their connection amount contents behind the (same color) timer.
- NG achievements seem not to work.

Good work!

Wow, quite the interesting fast-paced puzzler you got here! It's a simple enough game to understand, but damn if I didn't get addicted to the intense challenge of solving these progressively-harder glyphs quick enough to beat the clock. It's definitely an arduous experience due to the ticking clock and the ability to lose progress: feels like you're constantly sprinting while holding your breath and while I enjoyed the pressure, I wouldn't blame people if they found it too be a bit much.

In fact, that leads me to my biggest complaint with the game: the pause button just plain doesn't work! It says it pauses the game, but technically the game still keeps the timer going and you can still interact with the glyphs even though they are all invisible. Even worse, there's no way to unpause once you do pause, so you're screwed if you just want a quick breather! Other than that, there were also some minor issues like how the glyphs can sometimes be so on the edge that they are hidden underneath the timer circle.
