Not bad could be better
Its not a bad concept but you might want to tey putting some computer players in too so you dont have to play all 4 people, once it gets done and maybe add some dice sounds it will be a #1 game.

once Chance and stuff is added in, it should be better ^_^ but even now, its a good game. never seen a chinese (i think) version of monopoly

..There is a flash game board people can be proud of, you have done a very good job with this Starry, best flash gameboard, i have seen.

monopoly has come to flash! the is a very good game. its only 80kb and size and its still really fun and goodlooking. I hope there will be a muliplayer version or something like that so I can play this with my friends :D
