It's ok, I guess. If you really enjoy Cartman that much. It is not much better than any of the other portal entries.

the talking mouth was cool but the selection of costumes was really crappy.
It's buggy
That mouth thing is so hard to manipulate. It doesn't stop when you push stop right away, and it doesn't want to get moving when you push play. Some of your audio samples are very low quality, and aside from the facial features, there's no customizability. This is going to need some improvement before it gets higher rankings.

Great dress-up, it resembles much of south park too.
