hmmm

i like it.. but when i saw Dire Dire Docks, the most beautiful M64 theme on the tops, i got a bit judgmental. kick in a beat earlier, i cant stand long intros. but the thing i think you need is not just to make the song sound different, make it your own, take the song and listen to it for an entire day, then think bout it, hum it, whistle it, and then start molding. dont just make it different, put your soul into it just as loud as the music. i probably sound like a punk saying all the with no submissions myself, but i love music and this song i want to hear remixed. keep up the good work

Its good yes... but not as good as the original. I dislike it when people judge a remix without hearing the original... I mean this really doesnt do it justice and as my friend Michael pointed out when he listened, all he did was simply slow the original Mario song down and add a beat that took away from the beauty of the original melody. It is calming and relaxing but I wouldnt give it a 10/10. Hate to say it but I think you people jumped the gun. Please take the time to look up the original song and give this remix a second opinion. 7/10 ok but doesnt do the original justic.

yeah...youre right. it doesnt do the original justice at all. I'm still shocked abouthow this even made top 30. Not only that, this was my 2nd released song. So I'm well aware of how you feel about it. I was still a noob back then (I still say I'm a noob with making songs...just not as bad anymore lol), so it really doesnt matter if you say it doesnt do the original justice or how bad it is...I know it's bad. So now I know what's next in the 2009 series. Thanks for reminding me.
