First of all, neither Cecil can use magic, they are independent on using swords. Two, there were no voiceovers in FF4. So why make any now? And the hadoken-like moves were never even a magic. Plus, the Paladin Cecil won in FF4. Obviously, a poorly constructed and totally off of the rails flash. And I do mean that in a bad way.
In a nutshell, this sucked. Period. And don't even try to say it didn't. 'Cause it did.
