to do some prank calls with. Too bad I'm much too old and mature for that kind of stuff haha. Excellent job.

For what it was, it's great.
Soundboards aren't really my thing, but I can appreciate a good one when I see it. Plenty of quotes, well formatted, nicely done! A more visually appealing presentation would improve the overall effect, but it's still great. Kudos!
Yeah
This Rocky soundboard is probably one of the best soundboards on Newgrounds. You didn't do anything fancy, you just took the sounds and made a really nice soundboard out of them. The volume is very good and very consistent, the sounds are pretty much a perfect length, they're oragnized well enough, and everything looks good for a prank call. Something didn't feel right with this one though even though it's great.
Pretty Good
A good sondboard, and the only problem is that it's sort of hard to understand what Rocky is saying! The buttons and everything were laid out very nicely and the sound quality is good. The secret sounds were a great addition. Overall, I really enjoyed this, even though it was sort of hard to understand what Rocky was saying.
