I couldn't hear a word first of all, some of the jokes were from I AM RESIDENT EVIL. It was drawn pretty badly and the orignal jokes were not funny. the voices also were just plain bad.
Don't call it ripping off...
There's a BIG difference between parodying(sp?) and ripping off. If this film was shown before the "I AM Resident Evil" flash, it would've gotten a pretty crappy score. But considering it was made before this one, when you compare the two, it makes it absolutely hilarious.
