I respect that you spent alot of time on this really i do but if this is your best effort you should spend your time doing somthing else. Don't get me wrong i like the Neon Genesis Evangelion series alot but what you made makes me ashamed to like anime.

Doing that to NGE is not nice at all.

You should feel bad of what you did.
And about constructive criticism, well. Just try to do something BETTER with your time, and not that Demastered version of the awesome anime show that we all love so much.
