Animation needs work.
The presentation is decent, but the walk animation is off. The arm gesture is greatly overexaggerated, and he seems to be missing his right arm while he's walking. The right arm shouldn't be very visible from the side angle, but you can't ignore it completely -- especially since the view isn't completely from the side; it's rotated a bit.
But anyway, the most distracting thing is that wild left arm. It shouldn't have that wide an arc, and the movement itself is too jerky. Overall, a decent effort; but I bet a small animation class would do wonders for your abilities.
