Reminds me of when my mum used to sing me to sleep
It sure does. She used to sing me to sleep, and this is the same kind of mood which I used to get when she was singing to me.
I love the instruments and the soft (well duh... :P) strings and pads in the background.
Seriously, this is so like what my mum used to sing. This song really hits a chord with me.

In reply to what you were saying the other day.. i doubt that any talent scout could tread these grounds to find you, had you started your music in any other avenue you would, in my belief have drawn so much interest from large companies.
You have all the qualities of the perfect musician. Where you direct your talents, whatever choice that may be, opera, choir, charts i will try to help you out, though you dont need it, i think.
All of this written while your song plays sweetly in the background, i love it!

Lord of the Rings fan... yes.
I'm starting up my own little youtube thingy where I perform live and post it for all to see :) There should be some content on there soon... perhaps someone will see me and say "I have the ability to turn this raw talent into something bigger..." I'm also organizing some live performances here in Australia... that should get me a little more exposure ;)
But I have to say - Newgrounds ROCKS too!! I know it might not lead me to fame and what not, but it shares my music with the world - and I have such awesome reviews and responses, I love it here.
