hey, this is great!
bad impression at first, but fun, 'collecting' the monster colours is neat, the map system is super useful (just needs indicators outside of the map to show that you can move to another screen), and combat isn't too bad, maybe it could use some animation, but
very easy to figure out what is what without the game needing to explain much (though, each screen could use indicators) this is super solid, well done.

Very nice - more complex than it seemed at first glance!
Developer: the equipment doesn't seem to be working? For example, in the 2nd shop I acquired +25 and +50 endurance items and equipped then. My endurance (e.g. health) stayed at 220. I would have thought it would have gone up... am I missing something?

This is an unfortunate oversight I made. The stats page only displays your raw endurance, before equipment buffs are factored in. If you equip endurance boosting equipment and then visit a healer, you can confirm that your max health is higher than your raw endurance because it reflects the bonus from your gear.
its alright. The attack option went away after a little bit and the controls are finicky

Attacks have limited uses, when you're out of ammo you have to use a different attack, drink an energy potion, or go back to the healer to replenish uses.
