Reviews for ".:Bob's World:."

Great..............Oh yeah,i was War_Striker!

I see that you focused on philososfy(Duh?how do i know that being 13 years old?well ask my ex-2165&/·//@21897/**//* history teacher..)The use of surrealism was great, and the message was the best,i must confess i didnt know what the clock standed for without reading your spoilers.....

adam-p89 responds:

Hey Archile/War_Striker! Nice hearing from ya again! Thanks, I tried to aim for that in this movie, I am going to make another sort of movie like this, but with my new skills, so it should be good! (I plan on making it a REAL movie, meaning 20 minutes long!!) Anyway, thanks for watching!

It was....... it was.

Well, it was different.... I understand you're trying to use symbolism, but it works better if the symbolism can coexist and/or interact. For example, the poem "The Heart", in which a humanoid beast is eating its own heart- a bit abstract, but it can work. Same with this movie.

adam-p89 responds:

Yeah, these types of films are VERY difficult to create, everything has to be perfectly moulded, Bob did interact with many of the symbols, thus creating new symbollism and representations, and abstraction is a very direct technique to deliver messages, almost subliminal, like the techniques used in surrealistic art films from the 1920s, I might make another work like this later on, but for now I have around 5 flash projects going at once :P Thanks for watching!

Genius`

That was amazing. The pure symbolism of it all. Everyone could get their own meaning and then put it with yours...and...its just pure genius my friend. Aren't we all Bob in some way. The feeling of emptiness and so on...maybe I can use this as a chapter in a philosophical work I've been writing for some time with your permission.
Either way, this was pure genius, congratulations.

adam-p89 responds:

Thank you, and feel free to use it in your philosophical work, just please mention my name, Adam Pearson if possible? Good luck on your work, I'm glad you liked it :)

crazy...

Holy sheit dude, that was some freaky sheit... the use of surrealism was great, that was some great creativity you had there, it was a total trip, made me remenise about the old tokeing days, all those nights where i used to hit up a bowl or two and get lit, or twist the pipe, and get wired on amp, that was awesome though, keep it up.

adam-p89 responds:

Thanks to Bob's world everyone can get high, for free! :)

Beautiful

Dude, that was great. Reminded me of being high.

I thought the beginning was really beautiful. The scene with the butterflies is definitly awesome, I think you should have extended that whole beginning more, included a few more scenes like that, really speaks a lot to the heart.

adam-p89 responds:

I was thinking of that, but I didn't want to overdo it and drag the scenes on, I wanted to keep it pretty constant until the final revelations where they all hit you in succession, thanks :)
