Really really good idea having Wario dance to this beat.
However its really unentertaining on the visual side I mean he spends too much time just standing there in the darkness.
Maybe having him walking into a background and having him larger would work. You could extend his dance to take up the whoel track or you could make a pretty intresting music video type flash.
Animate him more! for insipration look for Randy Solem's Mack Daddy Mario.
