If you were attempting to make darksouls, you didn't. You made something better.
This is definately one of the many gems of Newgrounds.
it also reminds me of ULTRAKILL
I would also like to see a full game about this since it has the potential.

update, found a bug with the badges. I've beaten the game 3 times and I only get 2 badges each time. might just be me though

Your words encourage me a lot my friend, I really appreciate all this support, I apologize for responding so late as I have been working on another game for the Pico Day 2023 event, but I will resume the development of Dark Sword as soon as I finish this little game.

About the medals, it is a very rare error, it has already happened with a few people, at this point I think it may be a problem of the newgrounds API for the software with which I developed the game, since there is no official API and this was developed by a user of the site :( I'm sorry but I could give you the medals manually

Now let's get to what I came to talk about.
in my last playthrough (just to see what the update changed) I had problems in the Throne of the queen, in which the problem is that when she made her charge, in which she hits the walls, it happened that she crossed the map and left it, making it impossible for me to kill her, and in the end dying by her "blaster".

another bug was: when we use "Q" when we die, the boss stops releasing any attack, with the exception of the spikes, I only had this problem on the final boss, in which I even recorded a video (in which I was going to send it to the server from discord but the invitation is invalid)

edit1: only realizing now, but the gun shots, being the normal one or the shotgun too, don't come out.

the bug continues even restarting the page

Again, thanks for playing and testing the game, I really appreciate it, I've been a little bit on hold with the development of Dark Sword because I'm preparing a game for Pico Day 2023, but I just patched all these bugs, including the discord link, it should be working properly now!!!! Unfortunately I think your game could have been ruined, but probably not, you could try.

Finally I beat all the bosses and save the lady. Not even the last boss gonna stop my will power just to wake her up so she can sleep somewhere warm.

After defeating a boss, it shows the cutscene of the statues breaking, then the game breaks.

This is a very very strange error, it is the first time I get it, it may be the browser, the graphics engine where I develop the game is usually not very stable when exporting to WEB, I'm sorry :(
