It's tough to rate this a 4, because it is a great concept and a rock solid execution. The only reason, I take a star off is because you can essentially cheese the game by getting a good initial jump and holding the right button. The character moves so fast, that you can cover a ton of screen area with no effort and increase your odds of hitting a bubble or bulb. I think it could be improved by removing wrap around screen movement so the player is encouraged to interact more with the controls. One thing I do like though, is the tension of trying to reach the surface after collecting bulbs. Reversing the role of the bubble is very interesting, and this tension could be increased by showing the player time remaining around 30 seconds and then start a 1 second timer starting at 10. cue Sonic drowning music, etc. There's other ways to increase the tension besides that, but yeah, very well executed game, excellent work

Very fun and short game for it to made in 73 hours and make it some what fun really impresed me

I made it on a fantasy console called Pico-8, it's not free but it's all self-contained and fairly easy to learn compared to most game development platforms I've tried.
