1. Don't use your own voice. You're not 18 and we all know it.

3. Don't tell people how to make flash on a shitty flash submission.

Well, first thing first. If you want people to make proper flash... then try speaking in proper english!!(you put propper).... Secondly, When you are recording your voice, try not to hit the mic. so it makes.... that SOUND!! And Stick men can be drawn in a cool way... (I.E Johnny Rocketfingers) And it was so god damn short! I think you should re-do it.
